Fireproofing structural elements with metal and concrete skeletons against fire, especially structures such as hospitals, commercial and administrative centers, etc., is of great importance. Considering the significance of this issue, Puyan Poushesh Farangar Company has undertaken the production of fireproof mortars under the license of HBT Germany. These cement-based mortars include the following:
- M1 Mortar
- M2 Mortar
- M2 Light Mortar
- M2 Light Primer
- M3 Mortar
M1 Mortar
Puyan Pushesh Farangar's fireproof mortar is a cement-based mortar classified in the CS IV class according to DIN-EN998-1 standard.
These mortars are sprayed on the surface to strengthen metal structures in industries such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, heavy industries, and warehouses before applying M2 and M3 mortars.
Packaged in 25-kilogram bags, this product is usable after adding approximately 5 liters of water to the surfaces.
It is not recommended to apply this product at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius, and the curing time for this mortar is at least 3 days.

M2 Mortar
Puyan Pushesh Farangar's M2 fireproof mortar is a cement-based mortar with perlite, classified in the CS II class according to DIN-EN998-1 standard.
According to DIN-4102-4 standard, the fire resistance of this mortar in metal structures ranges from 30 to 180 minutes and it is sprayed on metal structures in industries such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, heavy industries, and warehouses to create strength.
This mortar is also certified and classified for various concrete structures, cables, and ducts.
Packaged in 20-kilogram bags, this product is usable after adding approximately 6.5 liters of water to the surfaces. After spraying M1 mortar on the surface, M2 mortar is applied with a minimum thickness of 10 millimeters by machine or manually. It is not recommended to apply this product at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.

M2 Light Mortar
Puyan Pushesh Farangar's M2 Light fireproof mortar is a cement-based mortar with perlite and other polymer additives, which complies with the requirements of the EN 13385-4 standard and is classified in the CS II class of mortars.
According to standard requirements, the fire resistance of this mortar in metal structures varies from 30 to 180 minutes depending on the profile type and coating thickness.
This mortar is used in the construction industry and is certified and classified for various concrete structures, cables, and ducts. Packaged in 20-kilogram bags, this product is usable after adding approximately 6.5 liters of water to the surfaces.
After applying the special primer M2 Light on the metal surface, M2 Light mortar is applied by machine according to the application guidelines. It is not recommended to apply this product at temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.

Primer M2 Light
This product should be used as a primer for adhesion on the metal surface before applying M2 Light mortar.

M3 Mortar
Puyan Pushesh Farangar's M3 fireproof mortar is a cement-based mortar that complies with the DIN-EN998-1 and DIN-EN998-2 standards and is classified in the CS IV and M10 class of mortars.
This mortar is used as a fire barrier on ceilings and walls with building materials, wooden molds, door and window frames, as well as final surface coatings.
Packaged in 25-kilogram bags, this product is applied, after adding approximately 6.5 liters of water, according to the location of application, either manually or by machine.
If this product is used as a final surface and cracks occur
